Rare vintage "Americ" cufflinks from Bohemia, circa 1960–1970. Although Bohemia is known for garnet jewelry, amber jewelry was also manufactured there for the international market in the 20th century. The amber used mostly comes from the Baltic region, but was processed in Bohemia and stamped with export hallmarks such as "Americ" for Western customers. Gold-plated brass and genuine natural amber make these buttons a special retro accessory and a testament to European jewelry history.
